“Born in Baltimore and raised in Ethiopia, 2theT’s approach to DJing is shaped by early exposure to music across continents. Moving between cultures informed his instinct for rhythm, timing, and how energy moves through a room. Those skills now define his presence behind the decks. Grounded in underground House, 2theT draws from a broad musical foundation that spans 80’s Funk and Disco through 90’s Hip Hop and R&B. Rather than jumping between styles, he threads these influences into cohesive, story-driven sets that build patiently, emphasizing groove, tension, and release. The result is an immersive, high-energy experience designed to evolve with the crowd and the space.”
